If you are in need of something like this for home studio you won't be disappointed. They do exactly what I needed them too and look good too. I would buy'em again. I bought a pair of smaller nearfield speakers to put on top of the larger nearfields that I have on Ultimate Support monitor stands. (another great product)Any way I bought these pads to protect the cabinets while sitting on each other, isolate their vibrations and angle the top speakers down to the "sweet spot" of my sitting mixing position.
